Overview
OneNorth approached MadeByPi to help launch a new digital first product designed to provide semi-automated debt recovery letters at a fraction of the cost charged by solicitors.
The goal was to create a seamless experience, offering fast, efficient, and cost-effective letters for businesses. By eliminating expensive administrative costs and external fees, the product aimed to integrate smoothly into the digital workflow of hard-working businesses.
Create Continual digital growth and customer acquisition
Following the initial workshops, we developed a fresh brand identity and a comprehensive product roadmap that outlined both the immediate requirements and future enhancements. The roadmap included plans for features such as a subscription model, payment tracking, physical letter delivery, and integrations with leading accounting software.
A key feature of the product is its robust letter builder, designed to be both flexible and user-friendly. It allows users to upload evidence, calculate additional fees and interest, and offers a wide range of personalisation options.
SEO was built into the core of the product to help drive visibility and attract potential customers. The platform also includes a variety of expert advice articles, guides, and online tools tailored to help small and medium-sized businesses navigate and resolve their debt challenges.
