In a continually evolving world, Kreston Reeves provides businesses, not-for-profit organisations, individuals, and families with accountancy, business, and wealth advice, along with trusted support and guidance. As a forward-thinking organisation that embraces change, Kreston Reeves needed a new digital experience to reflect these values.
Kreston Reeves initially approached us to conduct a UX audit on their existing website. The audit highlighted several key issues, which were centred around three core themes:
Improving user experiences & generating leads
A key aspect of the new approach was the design and development of an improved global navigation and site search. This new structure and functionality allow users to effortlessly find specific content and receive recommendations for similar content based on what they are currently viewing.
To complement this, key content hubs were created to support a shift in marketing focus from PPC to SEO. These hubs have become habitual destinations for industry insiders, keeping them updated on the latest developments within their respective fields.
Experiences with CRO at their heart
Post-launch, ongoing optimisation of the site continued using an agile MVP (prototype and test) methodology. This approach allowed us to track the impact of our tests, implement new optimisations, and design additional functionality to further improve KPIs.
